ElanVital Evolution
Conscious Embodied Psychotherapy
For people, relationships, and families
Holistic, Trauma-Informed, Evidence-Based, Healing.
Being human is hard; it hurts to become.
I opened ElanVital Evolution after working for more than a decade directing Parents As Teachers of Boulder County.
During that time, I had the privilege of walking alongside families, leading a dedicated team, and sharing at national and statewide conferences on topics from strength-based practice to supporting trans and non-binary families.
My work brings together what we know from science, about neurodiversity, brain development, trauma, and attachment, with the wisdom of yoga, meditation, and conscious movement.
I believe healing and growth are possible when evidence and embodiment come together, creating space for deeper connection, resilience, and lasting change.
Elaan Brudno, MA, LPC (she/her)
Psychotherapist. Yogi. Storyteller.
With over a decade of experience, Elaan blends contemplative psychotherapy with body-based healing, creative expression, and the belief that you already hold the wisdom you need, we just uncover it together.
“ElanVital means ‘vital force’ — that deep inner drive toward growth and transformation. It lives in you. Let’s explore it.”
I earned my Master’s in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa in 2013, and my bachelor’s in writing and literature in 2003.
I share a multigenerational home with my mom, my adult child, and their partner, along with an assorted mix of cats and dogs.
I’m a yogi and a dancer. I find magic in nature, and will always love stories that blend science fiction with magical realism. Especially fascinated by stories that unfold through song, where narrative and meaning meet in unexpected ways.
I bring these passions into my work always exploring what it means to be fully alive.
